Please review the terms and conditions governing the purchase of vaping products, wallet rewards, and express delivery slot services.
1. Age & Legal Compliance
By creating an account or placing an order on Vapenizers, you represent and warrant that you are of legal smoking age (minimum 19 years of age). Sale to minors is strictly prohibited by law. Government-issued photo ID verification is required during signup and upon package delivery.
All recipients (account holder or authorized alternate) MUST be 19+ with original valid government photo ID. If the delivery agent deems the recipient suspicious, unverified, unwilling to present ID, or under 19, the agent will cancel the order immediately with ZERO refund (100% non-refundable) to cover dispatch, handling, and strict regulatory compliance overhead. Submitting fraudulent ID documents constitutes criminal fraud and results in immediate permanent account termination and potential legal prosecution.
2. Delivery Slot System & Fees
Orders are fulfilled within 2-hour window delivery slots. Free shipping applies exclusively to a customer's first order, with standard shipping fees ($3.50) applying to subsequent orders. Cutoff windows (30 min) apply to all slots:
- Orders placed within 30 minutes of a slot start are automatically bumped to the next available slot at no charge.
- Customers may elect to pay an Express Priority Bump Fee ($5.00) to lock in their requested slot.
- Urgent Delivery (< 30 min) incurs an express priority fee ($7.00) and bypasses regular slot schedules.
3. Referral Program & Wallet Balances
Referred customers receive a 5% cashback in their wallet on every purchase using a friend's referral code. Referrers earn a 2.5% cashback deposited directly into their Vapenizers Wallet. Wallet balances cannot be redeemed for physical cash and are valid for store purchases only.
4. Product Inspection & Limitation of Liability
Customers must inspect all items immediately upon delivery in the presence of the courier agent. Once the courier agent departs after handoff, Vapenizers is released from all liability regarding product damage, leakage, or missing items.
