Age & Identity Verification Policy
Strict age gate policy requiring mandatory identity verification (19+) before store access and upon package handoff.
Vapenizers strictly prohibits the sale or delivery of nicotine products to minors. All visitors must confirm their birth date upon entry, complete digital identity verification, and present valid government-issued photo identification at delivery.
1. Digital Identity Verification
During account signup or checkout, customers undergo automated age gate verification:
- ID Capture: Photo upload of a valid driver's license, passport, or state photo ID card.
- Liveness Verification: Real-time facial scan matching the government photo ID to prevent identity fraud or proxy buying.
2. Delivery Handoff & Third-Party Recipients
Our local Shipping Agents verify physical photo ID at the door prior to handing over any package. Packages will NOT be left unattended at doorsteps under any circumstances.
👥 Alternate Recipient Rule (19+ Mandatory):
If someone other than the original account holder receives the order on their behalf, the receiving individual MUST be 19 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery.
3. Suspicious Delivery Cancellation & Non-Refundable Policy
If our delivery agent considers the receiving person suspicious, unable to verify their age (19+), suspected of purchasing for a minor (proxy buying), or unwilling to provide valid photo ID, the agent is legally mandated and authorized to cancel the order immediately on the spot.
